Now Enrolling for the 2025-2026 School Year
We are accepting applications for our inaugural school year, which begins in August 2025 . The enrollment period will begin February 2025 and is currently open for Kindergarten. The admissions process is designed to ensure that our values align with your family’s goals. We can partner to create a foundation for your child’s growth and success. Please Note: Cookeville Christian School (CCS) is not certified to offer any specialized services for students with any Special Education needs at this time.
Admissions Process
Step 1: Submit Application
Complete the online application through FACTS and upload all necessary documentation. (Birth certificate, immunization records)Click here.
Pay the $50 nonrefundable application fee.
Step 2: Testing and Screening (for grades 1-2)
For Students Without Official Transcripts: Screening tests will be scheduled.
Our admissions team will contact you to schedule the required testing.
Step 3: Family Interview
After completing the application, record request, and testing steps, you will be contacted to schedule a family interview.
This meeting allows us to learn more about your child’s needs, goals, and how we can partner together for their success. Please bring the following documents with you to the family interview:
Your application will not be considered until all paperwork is received.
Step 4: Enrollment Acceptance
Decisions will be communicated via email.
If accepted, you will receive an Enrollment Packet with detailed instructions to complete the enrollment process.
There will be a nonrefundable deposit of $400 that will go towards tuition.
The tuition for the 2025-2026 school is $8, 500. This amount will be paid through the FACTS portal. Once enrolled, families will have several payment plan options.

Note: There will be additional tuition discounts for the students of faculty and staff members, as well as a multiple-child discount.
